Over 25 years of experience in the events and entertainment business with the last 18 in Dubai has made Girish into one of the leading senior event professionals in the region. Until very recently, Girish along with his team built Done Events into the award winning events company in the region and a top promoter for all agencies worldwide seeking promoters in the region. With an all-encompassing background in production, operations and client servicing he led the team from the front and has acute knowledge of all domains of the business. He has a vast network of clients, artists and suppliers with whom he has forged strong relationships over the years and will carry those relationship with him in his new position at Eventify.

Vivek’s forte lies in capturing the minute detail of events with his unique philosophy to push the team that extra mile for the client and fulfill any last-minute needs. His background in 18 years of event management, conceptualization, client servicing, production and execution and specifically in project management has enabled Vivek to bring a variety of events to life. He’s led the team on multiple large format conferences such as: Global Islamic Economy Summit, Arab Media Forum and Journalism Awards, Arab Social Media Influencers Summit, Africa Global Business Forum, Latin America Global Business Forum and most recently the 12th World Chambers Congress.

Sonu has built a strong reputation within the UAE event industry with his unique skillsets spanning 18 years in several fields of events. An experienced project development and management specialist, Sonu brings with him the knowledge and expertise of leading multiple work streams and functions across a variety of events with a one of a kind creative flair. He has worked with the best companies regionally and worldwide and continues to be a key player in production and project management of large-scale corporate events, awards ceremonies, live concerts as well as esteemed government events.

Mohit is an experienced and accomplished Finance personnel with an exemplary record of 20 years in strategic planning, corporate finance, audit, insurance, and commercial operations. He is a leader with experience of managing a multicultural and diverse team, displaying strong ability to execute and perform in a high-pressure environment. He was a founding member of Done Events, and was a vital part in growing a small team of 6 to a team of 23. His ability to manage vendor relationships and ensure great deals makes Mohit a true multitasker. His motto has always been “How and where can I help?”

Suhail has over the years worked across a wide array of projects, as Executive Producer for the Beauty & the Beast live theatrical, to managing concerts with artists ranging from Kylie Minogue, Maroon 5 to AR Rahman, Adventure activity park design, build and operation to leading Production & Project Management for 3 key Music Festivals in Dubai ‘Redfest DXB, Dubai Jazz Fest and Sole DXB in the last 3 years
